Geeks on the Way required a CRM solution that could be tightly integrated with their Asterisk PBX phone system, and selected SugarCRM for its open source architecture and flexibility. Customizations were made to SugarCRM?s meetings module, along with integration to Geeks on the Way?s ecommerce engine and PBX phone system. The work has resulted in reduced call handling times, more efficient routing and scheduling of field service agents, in addition to improved payroll execution.
