Open source CRM software provider, SugarCRM has announced the addition of telephony capabilities to its customer management offerings in a bid to further improve customer communications. The new integration is the result of SugarCRM partnering with Vertico Software, the provider of the STARFACE telecommunications system. Targeted at customers in Europe, the STARFACE SugarCRM Connector brings together telephony and CRM for all three SugarCRM products– Sugar Community Edition, Sugar Professional Edition and Sugar Enterprise Edition. and delivers relevant information about the customer right from within the CRM system.
